===Auditioning process=== We have a very casual, personable auditioning process. Rather than filling out a form or RP example, we have one-on-one conversations with applicants through a ticket in Discord which we call an 'interview.' You need nothing prepared to audition except a basic idea of your character. To audition, confirm that the position you want is available and check the Auditions channel in Discord for the corresponding position. Once you click the button, it will immediately launch you into a ticket with staff. If there are any related high positions (such as leader or medicine cat), they are added to the ticket to discuss ideas. It is a collaborative process and often, members come away with more ideas than they started with.
