Editing Setting

Beyond the Pale takes place in a fantasy setting inspired by [https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ireland Ireland]. While not directly set there, many locations are based on geographical features within Ireland. 

= Site Plot =

It was not all that long ago that things began to change. Where was once a vibrant, healthy landscape, the world gradually changed, shifting and molding itself into something much more dangerous. Living prey would rot from the inside out, healthy birds would simply drop from the sky. As a thick haze began to settle over a slowly dying landscape, as earthquakes rumbled beneath the earth, Starclan remained insistent that as was well.

There came a day in which twolegs fled. Some of those who knew of this celebrated, of a world their own, but Windclan found that, without them, power was cut from the city, that the trains stopped running, making communication between their [[Outposts|outposts]] a challenge. Any celebration there may have been was short-lived, regardless, as the volcano Shadowclan lived upon erupted in violent glory, killing large numbers of the clan and leaving the rest without a home. Thunderclan, with their cave system altered and history lost as the earth shifted, Riverclan, with their water now murky and undrinkable.

As ash and fire settled over the earth, something shifted, and the clans found themselves facing new, unknown threats. They lurk in the shadows, posing a threat to the health and wellbeing of the clans.
